Devoted to all aspects of bartending David spent four years working for one of the Northwest's most talented chefs, Brad Root at Roots Restaurant before moving to Teardrop Cocktail Lounge in Portland's Pearl District. Here he honed his craft of creating cocktails with classic style and technique with culinary artistry.
In addition to the private functions of On The House, David is one of the founding Members of the Oregon Bartenders Guild, and currently tending bar at Beaker and Flask.
